When a disaster strikes, you need immediate solutions to maintain business operations.  At Titan, we provide:  a ready work area, a call center, a computer room, and require the bandwidth.

      HOT SITE:  Replication Software; Mirroring; Electronic back-up of server; locate at Titan on a VPN, Token Ring or ATM; and phones directed to Titans’ PRI.  GOAL: Have client up and running in 2 to 6 hours.

      WARM SITE:  Electronic Data Vault Backup; Drop Ship Hardware; restore with tapes or D2D; Drop Ship work space (Mobile Unit(s)); phones directed to Titans’ PRI.  Restoration from a tape backup system may take a longer time than disk-to-disk restore with electronic vaulting. GOAL: Have client up and running in 6 to 48 hours.
