Titan's follows leading edge security measures to protect customer data.  Titan was the first in tape media management, by implementing a web based tape management solution.   Online tape management solutions beginning in 1997 as a DOS program; moving to a web interface in 1999; and now operating in the windows environment for the ease of our customers.  Our tape management solution provides clients:

Our facility is very secure.  The facility is surrounded by a chain link fence topped with barbed wire.  The property has 2 restricted, gated entrances; a security pass locked exterior door, and a locked gate just inside the door.   Before entering the vault all visitors must sign in.  Like safe deposit boxes, Titan maintains a signature card for authorized personal on each company.  Visitors into the vault are accompanied by an employee who will remain with them, until they leave.  The climate controlled, concrete and steel bunker was designed with the highest level of protection, and provides added assurance by minimizing dust, maintaining humidity levels and keeping rooms at an optimal temperature.  There are two backup generators on site to maintain climate control systems and a fire suppression system to protect tape, microfilm, paper or optical storage data.

We do not keep any “paper storage” inside the vault with the tape media and the bulk storage of media in boxes is maintained in a room separated from tape media.  Courier service is provided with unmarked, climate controlled vehicles and trained courier personnel to assure discrete, safe and reliable media transfers.
